At sea there are neither roads nor signposts but an almost unlimited number of ways of getting from one place to another. Navigation starts with knowing who you are and where you are - and then, having decided where you want to go, understanding what hazards you are going to encounter and need to deal with along your journey. Meanwhile, when problems surface, they often prove to be manifestations of the endpoint of a series of compounding events. 

Whether we are involved in project management or an incubation scheme, or whether our focus is on financial control or on operational matters , we always approach assignments in a structured and analytical manner. We bring experienced, fresh, eyes to problems and are not afraid to challenge past decisions if they appear to be counter-productive to the aims or aspirations of the task in hand.
